After login, the CPU load was 7.x for a 4 CPU machine, however the htop program did not indicate all CPUs running 100%. Many programs were showing <dysfunct> (e.g. zsh, docker, ssh, etc). I cannot reboot using `sudo reboot` or `shutdown -r` commands. I cannot kill the docker containers. I had to hard reset the machine. Found some bug reported in the journalctl. Attached the relevant logs. uname -a : Linux skynet 5.15.0-41-generic #44-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 22 14:20:53 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1982604/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
