Title:
  Ubuntu 22.04 some times does not resume from sleep that I have to
  hard-reset the system.

Bug description:
  Sometimes the system does NOT resume from sleep properly for some
  reason that I have to press the power button to hard-reset. This
  sucks! Please see attached picture for the screen.

  "Timed out waiting for suspend events"
