Booting by using kernel 5.15.* failed with message like this:
ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Failure creating named object

ACPI Error: AE_ALREADY_EXISTS, During name lookup/catalog

Currently, only by using kernel 5.13.0-52-generic I can boot
successfully.
