Bug description:
  Add symlinks to enable StarFive boards AP6212 Wi-Fi module

  [Impact]

   * StarFive VisionFIve v1, BeagleV Starlight & Starlight r0 boards use AP6212
Wi-Fi module
   * linux-firmware should ship symlinks to .txt files to enable Wi-Fi on those
boards

  [Test Plan]

   * Install updated linux-firmware, check that Wi-Fi works on the
  affected boards

  [Where problems could occur]

   * Generic AP5212 Wi-Fi module settings seem to work correctly on
  these boards, if needed in the future these .txt files may need to be
  converted to stand-alone files if board specific parameter tuning
  becomes desired.

  [Other Info]

   * Based on starfive-tech git repositories
