Public bug reported: I tried to launch OBS studio and it force-quit without my intervention. I tried to launch Vuze torrent downloader as well and it would not start, Neovide, my neovim text editor would also not run but force-quite when I launch it, telegram desktop refuses to share or record my screen.

I expected that the vuze, obs studio and neovide would launch but they did not. I also expected Telegram desktop to be able to share and record my screen but it did not. 4. OBS studio and neovide flashed on screen in a split second, telegram froze after starting screen share, vuze did not run at all though it was installed using the snap-store.
