Title:
v4l2loopback.ko should be shipped in modules-extras

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
v4l2loopback.ko is shipped in the wrong place

it is built after module-inclusion is processed, and installed
  directly into the linux-modules package

however, it depends on modules that are split into modules-extras,
thus it should be shipped in the modules-extras package.
