Title:
  Add firmware for i915/DG2

Status in linux-firmware package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in linux-firmware source package in Jammy:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [Impact]

New hardware being enabled needs the firmware for DMC and GuC, freshly
  merged to upstream git.

  [Fix]

Merge the files from upstream git.

  [Test case]

Boot a machine with DG2 using oem-5.17 kernel plus a dkms, check that
both firmware get loaded and i915.ko is used.

  [Where things could go wrong]

This is for new hardware, there is no chance of regressing shipping
  platforms.
