Bug description:
  [Impact]
  LED is not show networking status on the said Dell EMC board.

  [Fix]
  Don't set the LED on it.

  [Test]
  Check the LED and it's showing correct status. The LED continues to work
  after S3.

  [Where problems could occur]
  We use a UUID to match the board, so all other users are unaffected.
