Public bug reported: Fresh install ubuntu server 22.04 on the server with VROC raid, but legacy mode can not detect the VROC raid disk: 1.For Legacy mode, installer does not detect VROC raid disk, but update subiquity to edge version, the VROC disk can display.
2.For UEFI mode, default subiquity of ISO image can show the VROC raid disk directly. Therefore, whether will merge the latest subiquity into the later ISO image? If yes, would you like give the merge schedule or when will the ISO be available? ** Affects: subiquity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Package changed: linux (Ubuntu) => subiquity (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1972814 Title: Ubuntu server 22.04 subiquity cannot detect intel VROC raid disk during legacy mode Status in subiquity package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Fresh install ubuntu server 22.04 on the server with VROC raid, but legacy mode can not detect the VROC raid disk: 1.For Legacy mode, installer does not detect VROC raid disk, but update subiquity to edge version, the VROC disk can display. 2.For UEFI mode, default subiquity of ISO image can show the VROC raid disk directly.
