Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the

'verification-done-bionic'. If the problem still exists, change the tag
'verification-needed-bionic' to 'verification-failed-bionic'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Bug description:
  SRU Justification

  [Impact]
  The initial release of arm64 support for Hyperv in the v5.4 was found to have 
an x86 bug related to IRQ mapping. There is a SAUCE patch to correct a boot 
failure.

  Boot an Azure instance with advanced networking enabled (mlx5_ib)

  There could be other interrupt allocation and mapping issues.
