While checking it was found that adding https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/4fd6d490796171bf786090fee782e252186632e4 to btusb.c and creating new btusb.ko manually could solve the issue.So i was hoping the above patch can be added to the Ubuntu kernel (linux 5.13.0.28) as default.
