  Brightness black screen on reboot and buggy indicator

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  On boot/reboot, screen goes black after login and the issue is
  resolved by making a brightness adjustment. The brightness indicator
  never displays the correct brightness, and appears bugged. This occurs
  on my Lenovo T420 laptop
