Title:
Unable to install 18.04.4 LTS 32-bit on Dell Latitude D620

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I attempted to install 18.04.4 32-bit on a Dell Latitude D620. This pc
has a 32 bit T2300 cpu. I checked the integrity of the download with
the hash sum and it checked out.

I got the initial splash, then got the drumroll. After that, the
screen became mostly green with horizontal lines. After at least an
hour there was no change. I have made three attempts and got the same
  result. Photo attached.
