Title:
  USB camera missing display name

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hi,
integrated laptop cameras and USB cameras have a display name, which makes
them easy to select the correct camera.

This display name is replaced by a generic "Video Capture X" as of
  5.13.0-28-generic, including the current 5.13.0-30-generic.

   cat /proc/version_signature
  Ubuntu 5.13.0-30.33~20.04.1-generic 5.13.19

   v4l-ctl --list-devices
  Video Capture 5 (usb-0000:00:14.0-1):
        /dev/video2
        /dev/video3

  Video Capture 3 (usb-0000:00:14.0-8):
        /dev/video0
        /dev/video1

   cat /proc/version_signature
  Ubuntu 5.13.0-27.29~20.04.1-generic 5.13.19

   v4l-ctl --list-devices
  Huddly IQ (usb-0000:00:14.0-1):
        /dev/video0
        /dev/video1

  Integrated Camera: Integrated C (usb-0000:00:14.0-8):
        /dev/video2
        /dev/video3

This display name is rendered by eg Cheese and Jitsi to allow camera
  selection by name.
