  [UEFI] Error: Prefix not found

Bug description:
  When Ubuntu 12.04 starts up from CD, before enter the purple screen on
  the left hand top corner, there is a line where it says "Error: Prefix
  not found". However, the issue does not cause any installation issue
  on _my experience_. I was able to install Ubuntu successfully after
  seen the error.
