Title:
TPLink (UB500) usb bluetooth adapter support in Ubuntu 21.10

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Currently there is no support for TPLink (UB500) nano usb bluetooth
adapter in Ubuntu 21.10. While checking it was found that adding

https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/4fd6d490796171bf786090fee782e252186632e4
to btusb.c and creating new btusb.ko manually could solve the issue. So
i was hoping the above patch can be added to the Ubuntu kernel (linux
  5.13.0.28) as default.
