Makes it a very unpleasant experience, if not renders it unusable. If switched to only single screen, cursor is completely stable. When issuing xrandr --output HDMI-2 --scale 0.99x0.99 again cursor is stable. Switching to 200% scaling in the desktop settings, doesn't help. I tried to catch the effect in a movie. However, because of frame rate, it is not possible to show the effect. If if its helpful, let me know and I'll try harder.
