As to classification I couldn’t fine “kernel related” option

  Battery completely drained after suspend

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  a) As previously reported. Fails to wake up after “suspend” mode.
  b) even after the laptop is shut down. The battery shows 0% charge after the 
LTop has started.
