Device: Microsoft Surface Pro (1st gen) I updated packages on 14.04 including linux-firmware and linux kernels a few weeks back. Once these updates were done, I rebooted my PC and a kernel panic happens evry time I boot from there on. I currently have no access to the os hdd except read/write from the Live-CD.
