Public bug reported:

see https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/-/issues/4530

happens with:
linux-oem-20.04d/focal-updates 5.14.0.1011.11
does not happen with:
linux-oem-20.04c/focal-updates,now 5.13.0.1022.26

so I assume the problematic patch causing this issue was backported to
20.04d. if so, the fix should also be backported...

** Affects: linux-meta-oem-5.14 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
