The modem based on Intel XMM7360 can support both PCI and USB mode, the
HP's UEFI does not support switching the model to USB mode.

The WWAN suspend D state is D2 instead of D3, under windows. The WWAN
under PCI will block suspend-to-idle on Linux.

Canonical CE team planned not to fix this issue. A workaround has been
