  Touchpad not detected when pci=nocrs not specified

Bug description:
  Touchpad on Clevo NL41LU2 is not detected with 5.13.0-20-generic
  kernel unless pci=nocrs is specified.

  Please find iomem, dmesg and lspci dump attached.
