The workaround I had on Focal was to create a remapped source only with the right channel. However, on jammy, another bug makes this workaround fail. While I reported the pipewire bug at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/issues/1734 I'm also reporting this bug so, hopefully, the kernel could be fixed and no workaround would be required in the future. The following image shows an example of the volume disparity that makes the microphone work properly: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/327981417407447040/901465383201013800/unknown.png While such setting allow to use the microphone, it's annoying for the people I'm talking with.
