Title:
linux-image-5.13.0-1007-raspi does not include cdc_acm module

Status in linux-raspi package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I recently upgraded to 21.10 to give it a spin.
Till now the cdc_acm kernel module was included, however this is not the case
for 5.13. An equivalent amd64 5.13 kernel does.

  root@rpi:~# dlocate -S cdc-acm.ko
  linux-modules-5.11.0-1019-raspi:
/lib/modules/5.11.0-1019-raspi/kernel/drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.ko

  root@pc:~# dlocate -S cdc-acm.ko
  linux-modules-extra-5.11.0-37-generic:
/lib/modules/5.11.0-37-generic/kernel/drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.ko
  linux-modules-extra-5.13.0-16-generic:
/lib/modules/5.13.0-16-generic/kernel/drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.ko

I have run the following to circumvent this issue:
  # flash-kernel --force 5.11.0-1019-raspi
