A better workaround to avoid eth iface RX errors is adding the following to 
grub:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="splash pcie_aspm=off"

Then the ethernet works fine.

Bug description:
  Hi,

  Internet via wired connectivity is very slow. I found a hack online
  and tired that but i need to run the command everytime i reboot my
  laptop

  the command i run was: sudo ethtool -C enp0s31f6 rx-usecs 6000
