With media which you will boot off of change the line dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d
to dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d in /system-boot/config.txt

Have a HDMI display w/o audio hooked up to this RPI4B.
With the latest kernel update the screen does not turn on due to this.
