You have been subscribed to a public bug: Suspend has worked fine previously, where I press the power button and my MacBook Air (2012) goes to sleep.
Now, after pressing the power button, the screen turns off for a few seconds and then I'm presented with the login screen. No matter how carefully I press the power button it always repeats. It also happens when suspending from the system menu at top right. The login screen seemingly never goes to sleep on its own either, making the action of pressing the power button entirely misleading while leaving the machine running indefinitely after you've turned your back on it. Ubuntu 21.04 MacBook Air 2012 Gnome Wayland Not the slightest clue which package it concerns. Feel free to ask if you're interested in any details. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: bot-comment -- Monitor wakes to login screen a few seconds after suspend https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1936199 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
