Public bug reported:

On the image tests we normally do, we have some socketcan tests that
make use of the vcan driver. These have been able to run on Raspberry Pi
in the past, but we are no longer able to run them because of a missing
vcan module on impish.

modprobe: FATAL: Module vcan not found in directory
/lib/modules/5.13.0-1007-raspi

I'm seeing this on the beta rc images for impish with both arm64 and
armhf.

** Affects: linux-raspi (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
