Let's close this as our kernels pretty much all support ZFS and LXD is a
snap and therefore does not need additional userspace tools.

Bug description:
Since ZFS is now in Main (Bug #1532198), LXD should recommend the ZFS
userspace package, such that 'sudo lxd init' just works.
