Bug description:
  [Impact]
Several AMD based OEM designs have spurious wakeups occurring from EC events
during s2idle. This leads to non-functional wakeup sources or higher power
consumption.

  [Fix]
Prevent setting the GPE for the EC for wakeup source on AMD systems.

  [Test]
  Verify s2idle on OEM system.

  [Where problems could occur]
Code is guarded to only run on AMD systems, which are just now getting s2idle
support in oem kernel.
