[Fix] Use proper IRQ setup so the system in question can detect HPD after S3. [Test] Suspend and resume the system. No picture on DP display. With the patch applied, DP display works as expected. [Where problems could occur] It changes how the Intel GFX setup its HPD IRQ, so hotplug detection will be affected. This change is limited to ICL PCH. This is the second patch of "drm/i915/gen9bc: Handle TGP PCH during suspend/resume", but somehow it was omitted.
