[Fix] Add realtek 8852 bluetooth fimware for driver. Kernel driver will be in another SRU. [Test] Verified on hardware with bluetooth headset and file transfer, all good. [Where problems could occur] The bluetooth chip 8852A may fail to work. It should be low risk for adding fw for specfic hardware chip. Hirsute already got it, only SRU fw for F/G.
