Title:
Bluetooth is not activated. Ubuntu 20.04

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Install Ubuntu, the latest version 20.04. When I want to activate
bluetooth (to connect my headphones) it appears to me that it is off.
I install the drivers and nothing. It is my first time on a Linux
distribution. Maybe I did something wrong.
