Gigabyte gave me a new beta BIOS "F5" from 2021-05-05. It replaced the original one from 2020-11-16. Until now there is no public BIOS available for this Mini PC.
The problem is solved for me. Before suspend: fan rotates at about ~ 3200-5900 rpm After suspend: fan rotates at about ~ 3214-3260 rpm tested until cpu reached 105 °C / 221 °F All data according to psensor (lm-sensors) - thermal_zone does not exist. $ cd /proc/acpi/thermal_zone bash: cd: /proc/acpi/thermal_zone: No such file or directory I will append journalctl with a normal boot and after a line with many '#' you can see the output after suspending. Hope this helps. The problem is the same with Ubuntu 21.04.
