Hi, I have the same problem on ATI mobility Radeon HD 3650 (RV635) installed on laptop Compal FL90. Card worked corretly on old Linux releases, but recently all different distributions I try have corrupted screen image. Problem exist only on internal laptop LCD. External LCD connected to VGA port works without problems. Last kernel which works for me is 4.15.0-54-generic. Starting from 4.15.0-55-generic I have corrupted screen.
