It can't be adjusted via Hotkey and system setting. You can see the value bar changed, but brightness didn't. [Fix] Bisect mainine kernel and found below commit in v5.12-rc1 fix the issue. f12110afee05 drm/i915/dp: Program source OUI on eDP panels [Test] Verified on Dell Precision 7000 laptop with DPCD eDP panel. [Where problems could occur] It checks the source OUI before writing it, so it won't re-program the source OUI during driver initialization.
