I came across the above bug report here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1374408 I'm running with a Thinkpad T440s and ultra dock with hdmi<->hdmi. In my case if I dock when hdmi is connected to the dock, the mouse and keyboard freeze once connected. When I undock they unfreeze. If I dock when hdmi is not connected to the dock, the mouse and keyboard don't freeze.
