I confirmed that that correct new firmware files have been added, and that the contents of those files match what is expected. I also confirmed that the nic-firmware udeb updates are as expected, and that there are no changes to the contents of the scsi-firmware udeb.

These files are added to both to the linux-firmware package and the nic-firmware udeb. [Test Case] Confirm that the new files are present in the linux-firmware deb and the nic-firmware udeb. [Where problems could occur] Most of these files are not used by the existing focal kernels and should not cause any problems aside from occupying disk space. A handful of the files might have been introduced to the linux-firmware package between focal and groovy and could be used by the existing focal kernel, and these have a potential to introduce regressions for users with hardware which uses that firmware. Also, users which have manually added any of these firmware files to their systems may encounter issues when upgrading.
