  Wifi and ethernet not working anymore since 5.4.0-54

  Ubuntu 20.04.1 all up to date to latest @ 13/12/2020 (LTS upgraded
  from 18.04 recently)

  Since kernel 5.4.0-54 both wifi and ethernet are not working anymore

  lower kernels -53 and -42 still work

  i attached dmesg with networking not working on 5.4.0-58
