Issue found on node glameow with 5.6.0-1028.28

# [ FAIL ] global.user_notification_kill_in_middle
74 / 75 tests passed.
Since this might be the first time we're testing Focal OEM kernel with this
dedicated node glameow, further investigation is needed.
