Volume control OSD is not working with the side buttons in Dell AIO

Bug description:
Summary:
There are 3 function keys on the right hand side of the AIO panel.
The first upper 2 keys are volume controls without switching.
But they have no response when press the keys.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Press the 1st function key towards the top to turn the volume up and the
OSD should pop up
2) Press the 2nd function key towards the top to turn the volume down and the
OSD should pop up
Expected result:
The volume should be controlled as expected behaviour.
Actual result:
The volume is not been adjusted and OSD is not shown
We are now working on a WMI hotkeys driver for such machines.
