It happens randomly. I run a GPU passthrough setup with windows 10 but I can leave that up 24/7 as I am passing through a raw ethernet card. Any other virtual machine using the vhost_net driver will result in a crash in 12 hours or less. I've attached the dmesg that I captured with kdump. I am not sure when this bug was introduced. --- ProblemType: Bug ApportVersion: 2.20.9-0ubuntu7.15 Architecture: amd64 AudioDevicesInUse: USER PID ACCESS COMMAND /dev/snd/controlC0: luke 3876 F.... pulseaudio /dev/snd/controlC1: luke 3876 F.... pulseaudio CurrentDesktop: ubuntu:GNOME DistroRelease: Ubuntu 18.04 InstallationDate: Installed on 2018-10-30 (629 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS "Bionic Beaver" - Release amd64 (20180426) MachineType: To Be Filled By O.E.M.
