ThinkCentre M75e(AMD platform) can not resume after suspend and only
hibernate for one time

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.35-23-generic
We are doing Ubuntu compatibility test on ThinkCentre M75e.
Update kernel to 2.6.35-23-generic,try to suspend.After the screen comes
blank with backlight,there is an error on screen:
tpm_tis 00:0b : tpm_transmit : tpm_send : error 4294967234.
I tried to unload module tpm,but it remains the same.
Then I install the proprietary driver for ATI graphics card and try to
suspend.The suspend works,but it can't resume.
The hibernate can only works for one time,then it looks like logout after I
press the hibernate key.
PS:CPU:AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 B22 Processor
