Both the default Precise and Quantal test kernels do not reliably
detect my USB dongles on boot, sometimes they work if disconnected
then reinserted but often only for a short time before causing a
panic.
I also receive a lot of the following messages in dmesg:
Bluetooth: hci0 command tx timeout
