Computer freezes after a random amount of time of use. I can move the mouse but it remains stuck with the icon it had on the time of freeze. Nothing else on the screen changes. My typical setup is dual monitor with a terminal on one screen and firefox on another. I have switched to chrome and still see the problem. When I did CTRL+ALT+F12 and used top I did not see any processes taking up excessive cpu or ram. I don't know what package this would relate to so I will gladly provide further logs, etc if asked. --- AcpiTables: Error: [Errno 13] Permission denied ApportVersion: 2.5.1-0ubuntu7 Architecture: i386 AudioDevicesInUse: USER PID ACCESS COMMAND /dev/snd/controlC0: bgarlock 1673 F.... pulseaudio DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.10 HibernationDevice: RESUME=UUID=70c1cb43-8300-4519-b4d1-9dc565361488 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 12.10 "Quantal Quetzal" - Alpha i386 (20120905.2) MachineType: ASUSTeK Computer INC. 1005HA Package: linux (not installed) ProcEnviron: TERM=xterm PATH=(custom, no user) LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcFB: 0 inteldrmfb ProcKernelCmdLine: BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-3.5.0-14-generic root=UUID=d187dd86-ff80-4a08-ba04-a3a34f22c1fe ro quiet splash vt.handoff=7 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.5.0-14.15-generic 3.5.3 PulseList: Error: command ['pacmd', 'list'] failed with exit code 1: Home directory /home/bgarlock not ours.
