As per the Stable Release Updates policy this needs to land in 20.10
first and then I'll backport it to 20.04. Currently ZFS 0.8.4 is working
it's way into 20.10, so I expect to work on this issue next week.

  Slow ZFS Diff with very large datasets

Status in zfs-linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When running zfs diff it can take a couple hours in an environment
  with lots of files/directories.

  Is it possible to pull in this patch:
  https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/pull/10391

  To address that issue?

  Using ubuntu 20.04 at the moment.
