  After upgrading my Raspberry Pi 4 from Eoan to Focal (arm64), it now

  syslog and kern.log fill up with these messages to hundreds of
  megabytes in an hour.

  This is with kernel 5.4.0.1011.11 . The green "SD activity" LED is
  constantly lit.
