Hi I downloaded the released 20.04 Desktop image. I get the same behaviour. With no additional cards plugged in I do not get a network. When I attach a WiFi USB - I get a wifi network It says the wired card has no cable.
On main system boot Once I plug in a USB WiFI card - the wired network and wireless become available. A bug in NetworkManager?
