Note: in bionic, it will cause login from graphic console to hang for a quite long time, most likely will failed in the end. To reproduce: HW: a machine with intel GPU and plugged AMD card. A HDMI/DP monitor without audio output plugged into intel GPU. TLP is installed with certain aggressive config.
