Description:
During turbostat test with Ubuntu 19.10(kernel 5.3), we found some columns are 
missing on ICX.

Checked turbostat code in latest kernel(5.5-rc1), seems update needed to add 
ICX support:
#define INTEL_FAM6_ICELAKE_X 0x6A
